Service Description

Professional consultation and supervision services for contractees, paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), & multidisciplinary providers. Initial consultation is free and limited to 30 minutes via zoom a separate invoice will be issued for all subsequent appointments.

Cancellation Policy

5.5 UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES CANCELLATION POLICY Caregivers of clients receiving ABA Therapy services from SWARTHY LION BEHAVIORAL HEALTH & WELLNESS LLC may determine it is proper to consider a delayed, early dismissal, or reschedule of services due to unforeseen circumstances. All communication regarding client facilitated cancellations should be communicated by caregiver(s) to the employee(s)/owner with a courtesy of at least 12 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled appointment. Failure to notify the employee(s)/owner of late start time, early service termination, or a need to cancel at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time will result in the full session rate/fee(s) being billed; with no exceptions. Scheduled treatment sessions where a client is no-show or is not at the determined location within 15 minutes from the scheduled start time and without appropriate communication will be canceled resulting in the full session rate/fee(s) billed; with no exceptions. Scheduled treatment sessions where a client or practitioner is notified of a delayed start time may be extended for up to 30 minutes after the requested time without further communication or will be otherwise canceled. Said sessions should occur for the proposed duration unless otherwise communicated.
