Essential Health Care Workers
As ABA services are a medical necessity for learner’s diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, our specialists are considered essential workers. For this reason we are asking that employees and caregivers review & sign our Covid-19 Safety & Wellness Policy.
Ethical Standards from the BACB
The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is the certifying body for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) as of June 2020 the Ethics Guidance for ABA Providers during COVID-19 advises the development of a risk mitigation plan that will be routinely reviewed with employees.
Telehealth Services
Due to COVID-19 health care providers have authorized the use of remote therapy services. Our teletherapy services meet social distancing standards and are in compliance with HIPAA Policy Practices and medicaid guidelines. Caregivers will be required to review and sign a HIPAA Policy Practice form during the onboarding process.
